2 The Mirror Mantra
Sometimes, we need more than just visualization. We need a full psychological makeover. Enter the Mirror Mantra, a two-step process borrowed from the world of self-hypnosis.
Step one: Stand in front of the mirror, lock eyes with your reflection, and feed yourself affirmations like, "I am capable," or "Success is inevitable." At first, it might feel like you’re lying, but that’s okay—keep going. The key is repetition. Over time, you blur the lines between reality and perception, and your subconscious starts believing the hype.
Step two: Take it a step further. Imagine you’re a character, a version of yourself who is already confident and charismatic. Embody that persona fully. Speak with conviction, hold strong eye contact—even if it feels awkward. Keep practicing until confidence feels as natural as slipping into your favorite pair of jeans.
